One Light
You are the last keeper of an old lighthouse. Each turn you send one signal — a steady light, a short flash, a long flash, darkness or a double flash — and every captain within range reacts to it. The catch: they don't all read your light the same way.
The old salt follows the code. The foreigner reads the flashes the other way round. The fisher only stops in the dark, the smuggler only sails in it, the daydreamer reacts one turn late, and the young captain panics if you repeat yourself. One signal, many readings: bring every ship home before the oil runs out.
